The Role
We are looking for a UK Support Operator to join our team. You will be a part of the startup that has recently received funding. We are already operational in a few other markets and are ready to build a professional team to launch the UK market ASAP.
We are looking for a hungry individual who is keen to work from home, can learn fast, speak clearly and help refine our strategy and culture. You are essentially the first part of the UK support team, which could be a defining moment for you and us. Once you’ve made your mark, the right candidate should be aspiring to move on up through the ranks and progress rapidly.
About us:
We are aiming to build the world’s largest marketplace dedicated to promoting Escape Rooms as an activity for anyone who enjoys entertainment.
We provide a service that allows customers to compare and find escape rooms, tailored to their needs. The user can book through our website and will need customer support throughout their entire experience.
Required skills/experience:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service skills, able to communicate effectively via telephone or emails and understand client’s needs.
- Be willing to learn fast and feel their way through a new market
- Need to enjoy helping people and building relationships
- Be a good team player
- Have an ability to work from home
* Experience in sales will be a good bonus
* Experience in the entertainment market will be a good bonus
Responsibilities:
- Taking bookings, payments, calls and emails
- Answer queries and advise customers on selecting the most suitable escape rooms
- Be well informed about escape rooms (bonus if you have played some)
- Able to find the information in our database quickly
- Ensure a smooth and effective service
