Our Client - European production company is looking for Lean & CI manager on their Site in Noginsk
The Role:
- Provide Lean & Continuous Improvement expertise and experience to the Plant and to educate and develop the Plant Management Team to
- Build together appropriate CI Operating Agenda supporting business issues under CI Leader accountability.
- Make them understand by observations/ facts and data which Lean methodologies and tools (SMED, 5S, TPM, 8D, Pareto…) are needed to support business priorities and opportunities
- Able to animate and lead Lean Workshop (SMED, 5S, TPM, 7 Wastes,…)
- Proactively coach and review, « A3 or 6 Sigma projects », QRQC (CISP) and « daily management activities »
- Proactively coach and review, Project Team Leaders to define and to complete CI projects
- Provide strategies and recommendations to the Plant Management Team to improve business performance through appropriate usage of CI
- Provide according to necessity, additional CI knowledge’s and skills to Managers and to CI team in plant.
- Monitor implementation progress of CI initiatives
- Identifying CI opportunities and guiding others to proactively identify them as well
- Coordinate the monthly Cohesive Group meetings and improve continuously the model.
- Proactively secure that CI Principles are applied in Programs, new plant projects
The Candidate:
- BS in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, Process, etc.)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification would be a major Advantage.
- Hands on experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment - 3-5 years’ experience.
- Implementation of LSS methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- Practical knowledge of financial analysis is an advantage.
- English (Spoken level as a must)
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
