MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure high client satisfaction with corresponding level of service and analytics based on RMS data;
- Collaboratively work at various levels with client, manage negotiations independently;
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge, and analytical depth of Nielsen products and services;
- Facilitate data analysis, insights, and story creation to create client-valued insights;
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Regional and global teams;
- Prepare standard and on request analytical reports for Clients.
- Orientation on revenue targets.
- Proactively seek growth opportunities.
- Maintain sales administration procedures.
- Develop effective working relationships within the team, other departments and clients.
- Expand client base and promote Nielsen services among existing client.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree (primary specialties - economics, mathematics, econometrics, statistics economics/marketing, sociology and other)
- Expertise in market research
- Be proactive and good in building and developing relationship with the client
- Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, Power Point)
- Experience in working with large databases (as a plus)
- Results oriented
- Fluent English is a must
