Responsibilities

• Consultation and support of users of Business Applications.
• Setup Business Applications according to current functionality.
• Maintenance of current Applications.
• Maintenance of Databases of the Applications.
• Monitoring of the performance of the Applications.
• Version update of current Applications.
• Setup user access rights.
• Creating Technical requirements for the Support and Developments teams for changing Business-Processes based on users requirements.
• Management of the Developments processes (contact with users, developers, testing, implementing and verification of the provided result).
• Creating the requirements and management of the development of new Business Applications based on users requests.

Demands

• Education at university level (pref. technical and/or economical).
• Business Applications support experience more than 3 years.
• Fluent knowledge and understanding of SQL queries.
• Knowledge of the basic modules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of the basics of the relational databases.
• Knowledge of the methodic and the implementation experience of the CRM, ERP and other software.
• Microsoft Office knowledge – Experience user of the MS Excel, Experience of creating MS Access databases, Experience of the creating the Visual Basic for Applications scripts.
• Experience in Data Analysis and creating the reports.
• Experience in creating the Project Documentation.

Optional:

• Knowledge of one or few programming languages.
• Development experience (any algorithmic language).
• Experience of the MS SQL administration.
• Experience of the Project management of the Business Applications Development.
• Experience in setup and support SAP.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate (Technical documentation, communication with foreign support and development teams).
• Personal: responsibility, team-working, analytical thinking, orientation on the result, stress resistance, explanation skills.
